WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you ordered multiple items, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one can deliver them to you the fastest.
Additionally, if an item is popular and temporarily out of stock, we may ship your items at different times and in separate packages to avoid delays and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from our various domestic and international warehouses, and we always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow approximately 1 to 5 weeks for delivery within the United States (this timeframe may vary depending on the product).
For other countries, delivery may take between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on distance and customs processing times.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on current demand and logistics conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

All our orders are shipped with insurance.
If a shipment is held at customs, returned, or even lost during delivery, we sincerely apologize! Unfortunately, the postal service is beyond our control.

However, thanks to our parcel insurance, we will send you a replacement package with faster delivery and full tracking, whenever possible.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?

Prices displayed on our website are tax-excluded and shown in USD.
You may therefore be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs authorities.
