Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, wire transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Q. IS MY ONLINE ORDER SECURE?

When you make an online purchase using your credit card, all of your information is entered on a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Q. HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We reserve the right, at any time after receiving an order, to accept or decline the order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion—even after a confirmation has been sent to the customer or the credit card has been authorized.
If your card has already been authorized for purchase and your order is canceled, we will credit the original method of payment.

Please note: Any cancellation made after placing an order will incur a $0.50 cancellation fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs (even a few seconds later), as our payment processor or credit card company charges us this fee.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you selected. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send your tracking information via email the following day, as it’s usually available within 24 hours after dispatch.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs services.

Q. CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES ON THE SAME ORDER?

Promotional and discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Q. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can also place an order as a guest.
However, creating an account offers several benefits:
